MV2150 — Cinema Screen Speaker

The MV2150 is an integrated passive two-way screen channel loudspeaker in the SOVOX MV Series for small and medium commercial cinemas, intended for main channels behind acoustically transparent screens, as well as multiplex auditoria and screening or dubbing rooms. A single 15-inch woofer and a 2-inch titanium-diaphragm compression driver form a one-driver-per-band two-way system, covering 45 Hz–20 kHz (±3 dB, half-space) with a 30 Hz–20 kHz usable range and 90° × 40° nominal coverage.

The 15-inch woofer uses an ADM™ oil-treated cloth-edge paper cone, KLIPPEL-verified for approx. 10 mm excursion at 200 W without rubbing; the 2-inch compression driver pairs a titanium diaphragm with 106 dB driver sensitivity. The built-in 1.8 kHz passive crossover allows single-amplifier drive through an 8-ohm nominal load; the bass-reflex MDF cabinet with PVC laminate finish measures 670 × 820 × 380 mm at approx. 33.3 kg, suited to space-conscious installation behind an acoustically transparent screen.
