Warranty Policy
1. Scope of This Limited Warranty
This limited warranty applies to functional failures caused by materials or workmanship defects under normal and reasonable use of the product.
If the product must be returned for inspection or repair under this warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping risks and costs.
SOVOX will make the final and reasonable determination of the cause of failure and warranty eligibility based on the actual inspection of the product.
2. Warranty Period
For the Minimax Series
- 1-Year Standard Warranty
- Optional +3-Year Extended Warranty (Registration Required)
If the product is successfully registered and meets the extended warranty requirements, the extended warranty period will begin after the standard warranty expires.

3. Extended Warranty
As part of the SOVOX sustainability program, extended warranty options are available for select products.
The duration varies by product model and is specified on the official website.
Extended Warranty Requirements
- The product must be successfully registered
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided during registration
- The extended warranty period is added to the standard warranty, forming the total warranty duration
(e.g. +1 year, +2 years, +3 years)
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty applies only to products purchased in the original purchase region and through the official store or authorized dealers.
SOVOX reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty eligibility based on reasonable inspection.
The warranty does not cover:
- Products not purchased from the SOVOX official store or authorized dealers
- Commercial use or use inconsistent with SOVOX recommendations
- Damage caused by:
- Accidents
- Abuse or misuse
- Negligence
- Improper operation
- Failure to follow the product manual
- Repairs, disassembly, or modifications by unauthorized persons or service centers
- Products with removed, damaged, or altered:
- Identification labels
- Serial numbers
- Safety labels
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches) or aging of consumable components
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Our support team will help assess the issue and, if eligible, issue an RMA (Repair Authorization Number).
5.2 Return the Product After Receiving the RMA
When returning the product, please ensure the following are included:
- A copy of valid proof of purchase
(Warranty requests without proof of purchase will not be approved) - The product serial number matches the RMA
- Accompanying documentation:
- Detailed description of the issue
- Full name of the contact person
- Valid return shipping address
- Daytime contact phone number
- The product is securely packaged to prevent transit damage
(Shipping risk is borne by the customer)
