What data the app handles

The SOVOX Page Inbox app reads messages sent to the SOVOX Facebook Page inbox so our team can reply to customer inquiries. The data involved is limited to the messages you send to our Page and standard message metadata (sender ID, timestamps).

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@sovox.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the email, tell us:

1. The Facebook profile name you used when messaging our Page.
2. The approximate date of the conversation.

We will locate the messages and permanently delete them from our systems within 30 days, and confirm the deletion by reply email.

Deletion via Meta

You can also remove the app's access through your own Facebook settings: Settings and Privacy - Settings - Apps and Websites - select "SOVOX Page Inbox" - Remove. Removing the app revokes its access to your data going forward.
